100 Fetter Lane is a recently completed development located at the corner of Fetter Lane and Breams Buildings, next to St Dunstan Gardens in central London. The project was completed in February 2025. The scheme provides 90,000 sq ft of naturally ventilated, energy-efficient office space, alongside 5,000 sq ft of ground floor retail. Originally acquired in 2021, the site was developed speculatively to meet the ongoing demand for sustainable, well-connected workplaces in the area.
