Angel Square
Angel Square is a £117m sustainable refurbishment and extension that reimagines three linked buildings into a single seven-storey, 293,000 sq ft landmark above Angel Underground station. Retaining 80% of the existing structure, the scheme introduces new floors, roof terraces and a contemporary façade, while delivering high-quality offices, affordable workspace and hospitality uses. The project achieves leading sustainability credentials, including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and a 5* NABERS rating.

One Great St Helen’s
A JRA office building, renewed and extended 25 years on to create 4,500m2 of high quality, sustainable offices with a roof terrace and new amenities. JRA has refurbished and extended One Great St Helen’s, a curved office building designed by the studio in 1998 in the City’s Eastern Cluster. The 4,500m² building has been updated with two additional storeys, a reworked entrance, CAT A finishes, amenities including a roof terrace, and enhanced sustainability, bringing it up to contemporary standards.

60 Threadneedle Street
60 Threadneedle Street is a timeless, top quality building centrally positioned within Bank. The available space provides a fully refurbished, CAT A floor, with access to a private terrace and brand new best-in-class end-of-trip facilities.

129 Wilton Road
A contemporary and sustainable retrofit has been completed at 129 Wilton Road for Savills Investment Management. 55-58 Pall Mall
55 Pall Mall in the heart of the highly sort after areas of St. James's central London. A stones through from landmark buildings and high end shopping districts. The historic façade of this scheme was carefully retained and restored. The interior reconstructed using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) ensuring the low environmental impact and sustainability of the building.
