The work included a refresh to all the support facilities; a welcoming reception area, new best-in-class end-of-trip facilities with shower, changing and storage for 100 cycles and a boutique yoga and Pilates studio. The upgrade marks a significant step forward on the client's road map to net zero with the new M&E on office floors and new roof ASHP and PV systems for the building.
